I’m proud to announce my new book! Hereafter called: Subject contains a collection of personal photographic experiments that explore the complexions of various relationships from my daily life. In total 25 experiments are included with different people and situations, taking place all over Europe. They research the value of written, spoken and unspoken constructs that are inherent in any relationship—sometimes close, sometimes far away. For instance, I followed a woman for two years while staying unknown (with her permission), I let myself be limitlessly and anonymously used by other artists for their work(s), and I lived an unnoticed life in an Italian village filled with mafia.

The volume holding these stories is 312 pages and is 24x32,5cm in size. It has been carefully designed by Jeremy Jansen together with Kai Udema, and is published by Fw:Books. Most production costs have been covered by Mondriaan Fund and Jaap Harten Fund, but to cover complete production a remaining €3000 is needed.
